Cynthia and Eden have both been directly impacted by hurdles placed in front of them due to their gender and cultural affiliations. Cynthia has worked directly with many who have also faced such hurdles, and she understands the method required to overcome those hurdles.
Laera Ashe & Eden, LLC. developed the JobHack la Tecnica project (JobHack Tech) to help improve the negative unemployment dilemma impacting Cybersecurity, and leverage equity and inclusivity in various specialties to bring forth a spectrum of perspectives.
